By using the UPR app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The Service
UPR provides a universal padel rating system. You can log matches, receive a skill rating, view leaderboards, and track your performance over time. The service is currently in pre-launch and features may change.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must be at least 16 years old to use UPR
Fair Play
- You must submit accurate match results
- Deliberately submitting false results to manipulate ratings is prohibited
- Opponent verification exists to ensure integrity — please confirm or dispute results honestly
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair play
Your Content
Match data you submit remains your data. By using UPR, you grant us a licence to use this data to operate the service (calculate ratings, display leaderboards, generate statistics).
Limitation of Liability
UPR is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure accuracy of ratings and data, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that ratings will be error-free. UPR is not liable for any decisions made based on your rating.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
